View details →Most bar tables online look great in photos but arrive and don't fit your space. We measure everything against actual HDB floorplans — 4-room, 5-room, exec flat, you name it. If it doesn't work in a typical Singapore kitchen corner, it doesn't make it to our catalogue.
Height matters too. Standard bar height is 1050–1100mm, counter height is 900–950mm, and table height is 720–780mm. Most people mix these up. We label everything clearly so you know exactly what you're getting before it arrives at your doorstep in Tampines or Jurong.
Material choice is critical in our climate. Solid wood warps in humidity. MDF swells. We prioritise powder-coated steel, treated rubberwood, and marine-grade laminates — stuff that survives Singapore's relentless humidity without turning into a soggy mess after three months.
Honestly? It depends on your expectation. Bar tables at standard 1050mm height are designed for standing or tall-stool sitting — not for a proper 2-hour family dinner. But for quick meals, breakfast, or working on your laptop with a coffee, they're perfectly fine. The key is pairing the right stool. Our Nook stools have footrests and contoured seats, so 1–2 hours feels natural. If you want to sit for longer, go for a counter-height table (900mm) instead — much more forgiving for daily use.
Measure your intended spot first — width, depth, and the clearance you need behind the stool for someone to walk past. Most 4-room HDB dining nooks can squeeze a 900mm bar table with 600mm clearance.
